Do not misuse the site, do not copy or replicate our work, and treat any shared project information with the same care you would expect for your own business.

By accessing or using the Spot On Dev website, submitting a form, or contacting us through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What This Site Does
Spot On Dev is a custom software and legacy rebuild studio. This website provides information about our services, selected work, and a way to contact us about a possible project. The site itself is not an offer, a guarantee of service, or a contract for work. Any paid engagement, prototype, rebuild, integration, migration, support plan, or custom development project will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Use It for Real Inquiries
You may use the site to learn about Spot On Dev, review our services, submit a legitimate project inquiry, and communicate with us about software work. All use must be lawful, accurate, and in good faith. You may not use the site or our contact forms to send spam, scrape content, test security controls, submit false information, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.

Our Work Stays Ours
All original aspects of Spot On Dev, including but not limited to the site's copy, visual design, branding, case studies, service language, interface patterns, graphics, documentation, proposals, technical approaches, templates, and underlying website software, are proprietary and protected intellectual property of Spot On Dev, a subsidiary of Spot On Tech, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, adapt, republish, resell, or create derivative works based on any part of the site or our materials without prior written permission. Ownership of any project deliverables, source code, designs, data migrations, integrations, or related work is governed by the separate agreement for that project.
Your Project Notes Stay Yours
Information you submit through our contact and start forms, including your name, email, company, message, and project details, remains yours. You grant us a limited license to receive, store, review, and process that information solely so we can respond, evaluate fit, scope possible work, and operate the website.
Please do not send passwords, live credentials, regulated data, production exports, or highly sensitive business information through the website unless we specifically ask for it through an appropriate process. We will never sell your inquiry information or use it for third-party advertising.
Vendors and Outside Links
The site may rely on trusted service providers, such as hosting and email delivery providers, and may link to third-party websites.
